Expanded Legal Capabilities for Lebanon and Surrounding Middle Tennessee Counties Lebanon, Tenn. (Oct. 25, 2022) – Hagar and Phillips, Attorneys at Law, LLC, a practice built on partnership and representing a wide variety of clients, from individuals to corporations throughout Wilson County and surrounding counties, is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys. The firm will now include four attorneys: Tiffany Hagar, Eric Phillips, David Brust, and Isaac Wilson.

Brust & Wilson – Lebanon TN Attorneys

Brust and Wilson have worked at Hagar & Phillips for nearly two years as law clerks. In October, they passed the Tennessee Bar Examination. David Brust earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and English and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2022 from Belmont University College of Law. He was a member of the Health Law Journal and earned a certificate in health law. Brust will expand the firm in the areas of Civil Litigation, Healthcare Law, Estates, and Family Law.

Isaac Wilson is a lifelong resident of the Middle Tennessee area. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Memphis. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2022 from Belmont University College of Law. During law school, he worked for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Tennessee and received the CALI Excellence award in the study of White-Collar Crime. Wilson will expand into the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law.
